Contenu du cours

Conflict is natural, we have to accept it and learn to manage it. For every individual, group, organization and country, it is crucial to adapt the changes of the new era of globalization. That involves conflict management and diplomatic behaviour. There is no “globalization” or "international business" without existence of different ideas, values, ideologies, religion and mistrust. Conflict management works best when the parties involved in a disagreement are equipped to manage it themselves. Leaders get truly effective collaboration only when they realize that conflict is natural and necessary.
