Pré requis
Students enrolled in this course should have taken introductory courses in Operations Management or have basic knowledge of operations acquired from professional experience or from an internship.
Objectifs du cours
At the end of the course the student should be able to :
- Behave ethically and manage responsibly
- Master the topics related to design, planning and control of green logistics operations in manufacturing and service industries
- Identify sustainability challenges and opportunities for green logistics and business strategy including the tradeoff of social responsibility with shareholder responsibility
- Create sustainability in global logistics operations
-Synthesize various central concepts and theories of green logistics as the basis for analysing and evaluating the implications for the management of supply chains and the virtual enterprise
- Demonstrate knowledge of technologies and solutions which are used in international green logistics
- Apply emerging management approaches corresponding to green logistics strategy and operations.
