Objectifs du cours

At the end of this course the student will be able to:
• Get insights of how a networked enterprise should meet the challenges of business process orientation in
a network context
• Understand the nature and effectiveness of collaboration in the transition from a silo enterprise to a
networked enterprise perspective
• To know how to pursue knowledge management in a network context and realize its value
• Identify barriers and success factors to knowledge sharing in order and propose methods to overcome
them
• To know how to address the application of ICT for knowledge management needed for innovation
• Know the types of information systems and technologies that are critical to achieving the business goals of
the networked enterprise
