Objectifs du cours
Student should be able to make a financial analysis of historical performance through valuation process. He'll have also to be capable of defining the relevant valuation approach, identifying the proper assumptions and sensitivity ratio to build up the an effective business plan. Finally he should be able to determine a financing model for LBO transaction

- Main steps of a company leveraged buyout
- How to determine Entreprise value and Market price
- How to build up a financial model for such a transaction
What you will achieve:
- analysing historical performance
- building in Excel a full financial model for business plan, valuation and financing
- makking your own sell & purchase agreement
