Objectifs du cours
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
- Understand the concept of healthy workplaces and the role of conflict management for improving employee well-being;
- Understand the levels of analysis of conflict management techniques;
- Demonstrate competency in the basic elements of think critically, solve problems, and make decisions;
- Define, engage in, and develop effective conflict management techniques at different levels of analysis.

Évaluation
Participation at class, discussion, creativity and openness of ideas are important aspects in assessment. To further support meaningful learning, students will be provided with case studies or course-related topics, and be required to write an essay on their case summarizing in this way the key learning from the module.
