Objectifs du cours
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
• Gain an understanding of his/her preferred mode of functioning and interacting thanks to Process Communication Model
• Practice other ways to interact with different people in order to manage the relationship in positive communication as well as in miscommunication
• Identify and implement strategies to maintain a high level of energy and maximize relational flexibility
• Regulate relational difficulties or tense situations with meta-communication
Contenu du cours
- Know and experiment the 6 ways of perceiving one’s environment and the 18 character strenghts .
- Use the adequate language to optimize your interactions with other people
- Learn how to spot someone's preferred language to adapt one's communication
- Identify the conditions of motivation and understand positive or negative side effects
- Integrate the Meta Communication Process to regulate tensions
