Objectifs du cours
This class examines the principal areas of EU Competition law with a primary focus on substantive law.
However, enforcement and procedural issues will be discussed as well.

c. Information exchange and problem of tacit collusion
Class 3: Agreements other than cartels, vertical agreements
a. Other forms of horizontal cooperation and their effects
