Assess the values the needs and readiness for change of the organization in which they work
Solve professional dilemmas using concepts of CSR and ethics
Propose and generate sustainable and creative solutions in their organizational change intiiatives
Make effective decisions in their change projects
Contenu du cours
The objective of this course is to make students knowledgeable about issues and opportunities in change management giving them instruments to analyze the environment , identifying obstacles, deciding how to approach them, generating creative sustainable solutions and organizing their implementation in organizations in a sustainable way.
