Learning outcomes
Know and master the techniques and tools necessary to manage a work team.
Analyse the authorities' formats, the different motivation levers and the confict situations during the management of his/her team.
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
- Know his/her team : locate and use complementarities
- Identifiate the prefered communication modes of each one
- Define his/her role and aims as a manager
- Analyse his/her management practice
- Ensure the team coherence
- Motivate and mobilise the team members
- Control and validate the work at the individual and collective levels
- Know how to assess in order to be able to encourage or sanction
- Learn to delegate
Course description
NOTIONS THAT COULD BE ADDRESSED ACCORDING TO DEMAND
- Notion of group dynamique
- Efficiency conditions in a group
- Marks for the leading of a meeting (review)
- Administration of difficult attendies
- The influence
- The complementarities in the team
- The management school and him/herself
- The resistance to change
- The affective stakes in a group
- The animation styles and their wallops

Class structure
The intervention will be under the seminar format of 5 consecutive mornings, by small groups of 12 people maximum. The approach is mainly interactive based on the attendies experience. This internship requires a personal implication.
Could be proposed alternatively:
- simulation exercices using role plays,
- work in sub-groups and collective exchanges,
- time for personal expression,
- theoretical contribution to lightened and complete educational situations.
Attendance at all the classes is compulsory.

Assessment
This course includes a final xritten assessment and a participation and entailment grade of the student, each one being valued for 50% of the mark.
In addition, the student fill in an assessment form of the education that he gives back to the lecturer at the end of the session.
