Preferably, students need to have had a course in organizational behavior and research methods
Learning outcomes
This course will present to students concepts and models in the topic of job stress and its management. These will be allways scientifically-based. Students will also learn leading job-stress models and coping strategies, and apply them to simulated work situations. The course is built stricktly on quantitative research methods
