Prerequisites
Students will have followed basic strategy and organizational behaviour courses, at IESEG or elsewhere
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student should be able to :
* Understand the relevance of vision and identity for organizations
* Understand their impacts their in terms of strategy and strategic change
* Know the main actions to be taken, in term of planning and communication, when an organization needs to establish or redefine its vision

* Understanding what vision is - the theoretical side
* Cases of identity redefinitions - the practical side
* The role of leaders in maintaining, communicating and enforcing vision
* How to plan for a vision redefinition

Assessment
