At the end of the course, the student should be able to :
- Understand the difference between authoritarian, participative and coaching management skills
- Analyse the links between coaching, growth, autonomy and performance
- Define coaching and distinguish between executive and team coaching
- Use the basic methods of executive and team coaching with colleagues or other employees
- Be able to analyze and improve one's coaching experiences
