The course on Protection of Innovation and Creativity is highly recommanded.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
Define what are the access requirements for being granted an intellectual property right (IPRs);
Choose the most appropriate IPR for their production;
Identify who are the right owner and when their consent is required;
Understand what are the activities that fall under the scope of IPRs;
Identify and choose different ways of IPRs management;
Understand open policies and open licences (content and functioning);
Be able to think strategically and choose the most suitable open licence (if any);
Apply legal rules to concrete scenarios autonomously and in group
