- Develop a holistic view of business operations including, marketing, sales, human resources, capacity management, investments, and service quality.
- Develop the understanding and command of business fundamentals and market-driven decision-making practices in a services environment.
- Enhance fact-based analytical decision-making and educate the financial implications of business decisions by linking the decisions to cash flows and bottom line performance.
- Give students practical experiences in team-work, problem solving and excite competitive spirits in a dynamically evolving marketplace.

Course description

Cesim Simfirm simulation is designed to give students practical experience in managing various aspects of a company producing medecines.
The teams’ goal is to manage the operating, market, and financial performance of the company in a competitive market with two production areas and three markets areas.
