Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
Map the elements that make change management critical in the life of organisations.
Diagnose problems that organizations might face when implementing change interventions.
Detect what triggers resistance to change, whether organizationally or individually.
Be able to use the main intervention models and best practices to manage change and minimize resistance to change.
Course description
Living an actual change experience during one full day on site at the Techshop (see below), before developing the following theories during 2 half-days:
Main theories in change management.
Main theories in resistance to change.
Contextual elements, key factors and dynamics beyond the main drivers of resistance to change.
Tools and leverages for effective and efficient organisational change management processes.
