Learning outcomes
To acquire a culture of reputational risk, that is to say, a deep understanding of the effects structuring the phenomenon of crises and controversies with digital component.
To understand the warning signs potentially triggering crisis, to assess the severity of emerging polemics. Identify crisis communication strategies and techniques, in the digital age, based on concrete cases.
Anticipate crises by partially reducing reputational risks, thanks to an applied semiology method allowing to efficiently break down the associations of critical elements present in projects or initiative. Deal with emerging crises, developing the strategies to be put in place to respond to them, and avoiding certain tactical errors.
