Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic economic vocabulary acquired through assiduous reading of economic media and articles or from a first-year economic course provided by the university. Notions on the principles of economic sequences.
Learning outcomes
Facilitate the comprehension of the economic environment and the mastery of the principle issues and constraints that motivate political economic choices. Enable students’ capability to elaborate a reflection and construct a coherent economic argument based on the statistics and arguments found in the modern press concerning economic matters. Develop the ability to think critically about information circulated in the media.
