Learning outcomes

Familiarize the students with bank management control issues. In addition, this course presents the missions of management control in general so as to facilitate understanding of its application to the banking sector.

• Organization of the Management Information System: Concept of Segmentation and Centers of Responsibility
Part 2: The Measure of Profitability: Methods and Tools
• Balance Sheets and Income Statements: Return to the Macro Economy Banking course (Master 1- 1st semester)
• Calculation of Costs by the Profit Center
• Calculation of GNP by the Profit Center
• Management Ratios
• Product Tariff
Part 3: Indicators and Dashboard

Lecture Course + quizzes, exercises, small cases- 15 hours
Personal Work- 20 hoursThis course alternates between magisterial presentations, quizzes and exercises. The student will also give his/her opinion on readings and research. All applications are done in class or at home. They depend on good assimilation in class: that is why, even though they are not graded, they are obligatory: if not completed they can be sanctioned by a subtraction of 1 to 3 points of the overall grade (/20).
