Prerequisites

Good understanding of accounting and management (concept acquired about CR, balance sheets, TER ..) - Knowledge of market research

Learning outcomes

1st Semester of Licence 3: Lecture
2nd Semester: Starting a business and a report (close supervision of Professor). This will expose students to different intellectual approaches (research, market research, management, accounting, strategy ...).
There are four main objectives:
? The first objective is to visualize or realize the concepts of management and accounting.
? The second is to understand the complexity of a company through the issue of creation, to link the functional areas of business.
? The third is to become aware of the responsibilities and consequences of a young entrepreneur.
? The fourth and not least is to educate students about the entrepreneurial spirit and, or the creation of business

A) ECONOMIC INTRODUCTION: TYPOLOGY AND EVOLUTION OF THE MARKET FOR THE CREATION OF COMPANY

2 - The role of the State: Evolution of legislation in favor of creation
3 - Europe and creation
B) THE CREATOR
1 - Environment and Social Impact
2 - Marital and Environment Impacts
3 - People of the creator
C) THE PROJECT
1 - Various stages and feasibility
2 - Endogenous and exogenous consistency
3 - master plan and developing a three year business plan
4 - Analysis of synthetic elements of the company (RC - Balance Sheet - TER)
5 - Project Funding
D) THE SOCIAL AND FISCAL LAWS
1 - Comparison of social forms in creation
2 - Status, rights and obligations of creative officer
3 - Tax systems in creating
E) RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE HEAD OF COMPANY

Second Semester
The second semester is dedicated to putting knowledge into practice. Students in groups of about four develop their business plan on a creative idea they have previously validated. The teacher will coach the group throughout the course of the project.

In the first half of Licence 3. This is a lecture that addresses the theoretical side of creation.
In the second semester, this class is meant to coach students on their business creation project
