Learning outcomes

- Build a professional career plan;
- Identify personal skills and properly value acculumated experiences (e.g., Master experience);
- Adapt professional tools (e.g., CV, LinkedIn) to the local market;
- Develop an accurately representation of their professional profile;
- Use personal networking to better identify professional opportunities;
- Gain insight into techniques and tools to find a job or an internship in France or abroad;
- Build self-awareness of personal vocations and interests (AACSB).

Course description

CAREER WEEK : Each day constitutes of 4 hours of interactive class:
Day 1 : How to build my professional objectives and career plan, identify jobs and companies;
Day 2 : How to accurately communicate about my skills and personality in a recruitment/networking process;
Day 3: Development of recrutement tools (e.g., resume (CV), cover letter, linkedIn profile, IESEG tools);
Day 4 : How to build and use a personal network (e.g., IESEG Network);
Day 5 : Cultural gaps and specificity of the French market; How to find your place in an international context;
INDIVIDUAL COACHING: After the Career Week, on-demand coaching sessions are provided:
Participation to CORPORATE EVENTS is required
